All PRs will be automatically locked for editing as soon as the related POs are approved
Revising or editing an approved PR may trigger re-approval. Making changes and resubmitting for approval may easily raise questions from management, and we would like to avoid that, especially in cases POs already issued to vendors. It is recommended that Requestors raise a new PR instead of modifying an already approved one

Allow for "Send PO to Supplier" defaults to be changed for each supplier.
Currently this defaults to yes for every supplier, every PO. I have many MRO suppliers that do not accept email po's and we need to set this to No every single time we make a PO. It is an unnecessary step.

Requisition Number displayed in PO screen
I love that in the other screens like Req, Receipt, Invoice, etc., that we can see the PO Number listed. In the PO screen, it would be great to have the req number(s) displayed in the header info so I don't have to go back out to the records list and look in the display column

Feature Description I would like the system to automatically transfer or link all attachments from the PR to the corresponding PO upon approval. Use custom invoice forms for OCR attachments
You can now use custom invoice forms added in your company when creating standalone and order-based invoices from OCR-processed attachments. When creating documents from attachments on the AP Inbox page, select the necessary form using a drop-down menu. If youβd like to try out OCR processing, please get in touch with your Customer Success Manager to activate the add-on and receive 15 free credits for testing.

Edit documents on the go with Precoro mobile
Editing functionality in the mobile app will help you adapt to changing needs and correct errors without hassle. Itβs now available in Purchase Orders, Purchase Requisitions, Receipts, and Expenses. Simply open a document you need to change, click the More Options menu at the top right, click Edit and enter the new data. If you're not using the Precoro mobile app yet, download it now on Google Play and App Store to stay in control of your procurement processes wherever you are.
