  1. Change invoice status to APPROVED instead of PAID to avoid confusion for companies that don't use payments module

    We currently do not use the payments module in Precoro. Because of this, supplier invoices are marked as “PAID” once fully approved, which is misleading. To avoid confusion among colleagues and reduce the need for repeated clarification, we would prefer these invoices to be marked as “APPROVED” instead of “PAID” when they have completed the approval process. Could you please consider updating this for companies that do not use the payments module?Thank you for your support.

    Allow approval thresholds to be set using two or more parameters (e.g., Department + Project) instead of only one. This would enable different threshold values for the same department across multiple projects or locations. Add a batch setting option so multiple departments/projects/locations can be selected and assigned a threshold at once, reducing repetitive data entry and setup time.

  11. Admin is able to delete reports created by other users

    Currently our custom reports have become cluttered and busy with many reports created by different users. As the admin I would like to only have custom reports that we are currently using and are useful to the organisation. However I am unable to delete reports created by other users.

  12. Allow for "Send PO to Supplier" defaults to be changed for each supplier.

    Currently this defaults to yes for every supplier, every PO. I have many MRO suppliers that do not accept email po's and we need to set this to No every single time we make a PO. It is an unnecessary step.

  13. All PRs will be automatically locked for editing as soon as the related POs are approved

    Revising or editing an approved PR may trigger re-approval. Making changes and resubmitting for approval may easily raise questions from management, and we would like to avoid that, especially in cases POs already issued to vendors. It is recommended that Requestors raise a new PR instead of modifying an already approved one

    In the inventory management solutions, have the option to add expiration dates to line items. This will help ensure compliance for medical practices and also provide a practical solution to maintaining sensitive inventory. Adding an auto-alert system for soon to be expired items would be a great addition.
